Dock House

The Dock House serves as a self-contained loading bay, strategically installed in front of a building to enhance energy efficiency, hygiene, safety, and space utilization. Its design eliminates the need for costly structural modifications to the existing building. By occupying exterior space, Dock Houses preserve valuable internal areas and offer a complete loading solution suitable for both ambient and temperature-controlled environments.

Dock Houses are deployed in various scenarios:

1. When truck maneuvering space is limited, hindering their ability to dock at a 90ยบ angle.
2. During the extension or conversion of existing buildings to accommodate loading requirements.
3. When positioning Dock Levelers outside the building is necessary to prevent thermal bridging.

Comprising essential components such as Dock Levelers, Dock Shelters, and Sectional Overhead Doors, the Dock House features a robust steel frame construction with double-skinned steel PUF panels for both roof and side cladding. This construction ensures durability, insulation, and structural integrity to meet diverse loading bay needs.
